Going with Beerus, for Hakai.
The only known limit for the Hakai move is that it can't kill people with True Immortality, and that it (presumably) doesn't work on opponents stronger than the God of Destruction. He's destroyed ghosts before, there's no reason to suggest that something non-corpreal would be resistant to existance erasure.
Non-corpreal =/= unable to be erased from existence.

Even if speed is equal, Beerus still needs to raise his hand to use hakai, AC just needs a thought, and that's assuming that Beerus would start the fight with hakai, if he starts doing literally anything else, it is certain death for him.
