Beatrice is way too hax for the doctor not to mention the speedblitz. Also the Doctor and Tardis being glass canons, as it currently stands.

Independent on that, did the doctor ever demonstrate using 11-D power against anything?

Like not just a fraction of power taken from the Eye of Harmony in order to power stuff like usual, but 11-D destructive power?

And what exactly is the Matrix even said to be exactly? The Eye of Harmony is a collapsing Star suspended in time, how does the Matrix come into play there?

Ehhh... no.

She quite obviously wasn't 11-D and hasn't demonstrated using power on such a scale in that instance either.

And as far as things go I at least haven't seen the TARDIS itself use 11-D power either.

And being powered by something 11-D Ôëá being able to use 11-D power or even being 11-D.

She absorbed the TARDIS, which is powered by an 11-D matrix. Make a content revision thread if you doubt the TARDIS being 11-D.

The TARDIS isn't stated to be 11-D according to its profile.

If it were it would have High Complex Multiverse level durability, as all 11-D things.

It is only noted to have an 11-D matrix in term of a powersource, which is stated seperately from its AP otherwise at that.

That wasn't in any instance used to to cause destruction on 11-D scale to my knowledge, which is my entire point.

Basically just because something 11-D exists in the doctors possession it doesn't mean he can use for destructive purposes.

Just that the TARDIS hasn't demonstrated using 1-C power offensively either. It as well is just in possession of a 11-D part, that usually provides it with a tiny fraction of its power in order for it to operate.

Don't really know the key of time, but if it does that, that would be more of an option.

Though unless it amps its speed and durability and has some good abilities (like conceptual stuff would probably have to be the minimum) Beatrice still has this.
