Accelerated development vs how fast Skin Kite can reduce Warren's Charisma to 0. Buuuut literally almost everything else in Warren's skillset is countered. Even his LS advantage is countered by this guy just absorbing his skin. Also flight. Though stealth shouldn't be a factor in here. It's just that he has to make melee attacks and he'd be screwed over by that even if he can predict and deflect this guy.

Honestly I feel like an explanation on how Saves are handled are vital. But if it's both then situation's changed since Warren is both charismatic and 'looks good'. I can't believe PTJ verse's 'handsomeness' is actually helpful for once.

In that case with the added LS this is actually fairer than I thought. With how Accelerated Development and C&C, I'll vote for Warren. Even with the "It can take four argument" Warren can still get stronger faster
