About this... Would Soundwave get "City Block level, upto City Block level+ with weaponry (Can harm and potentially kill DOTM Bumblebee with his weapons. Stealth Force Mode provides superior firepower and durability over robot mode)" for AP and "City Block level, higher with Stealth Force Mode"?

We do have a Profile for Ravage, he's getting upgraded to 8-B as well since he does literally the same shit as Soundwave and manages to hurt Bumblebee, albeit lightly.
 
I edited Ravage but how the **** do I get rid of Tiers in the Tier Section of Profiles? I'm trying to get rid of Bumblebee's at least High 8-C Tier but I can't figure out how to delete it.
 
Okay, one last thing.

I would like to propose Starscream be upgraded to MFTL+ for basically doing the exact same thing as Megatron.
