I would place Link above Mario and Sonic and possibly Vegeta but everything else checks out.

I put Mario above Link and Sonic because of the Hax mario has, and Sonic above link for likely having higher speeds. (Even if it's equalized.)

I put Kirby above Vegeta because, wooohoooo, Kirby's hax are unremarkable hard to believe
