(A quite restricted) Battle of the annoying Smurfs: The Hero (Slay the Princess) vs Regulus (Re:Zero)

Seems like a dumb idea but I’m bored so why not lmao (very half serious matchup.)

The Hero

Vs

Regulus

Speed is equalized, The Hero is in their restricted key and can’t tap in to the full strength of The Long Quiet. Regulus can’t BFR.

Fight takes place in a large forest and the fighters are 100 meters away from eachother with knowledge of the other’s starting location.

Edit; was moved to fun and games due to thread rules

Even if the Long Quiet finds a way around Regulus's authority via killing his wives.

How is he going to actually hurt him ? Regulus has mountain level durability from looking at his page.

Regulus cannot permanently kill Long Quiet either.

You can't restrict it. It's not a conscious amp. If the circumstances allow for it, his power will surface.

VS thread rules say that you can't restrict amps that the user doesn't have conscious control over. The Long Quiet's awakening isn't a thing he actively controls, and in some routes it can simply happen if he pushes himself hard enough.

Link pls? For the rule.

Found it and from what I’m reading it’s fine as long as the match isn’t added to the profiles. Not a match I made too seriously anyways.

Even in his restricted key he still has abilities that don't actually boost him to a higher tier, and he can still tap into power whilst restricted anyways. So it doesn't really matter.

If you want to take away his God powers all together, this should be a Fun and Games thread. You can't all together remove it.

Not taking away all his power, just the ones he gains while tapping into his full strength on his restricted key.

That is specifically taking away his godly abilities, which he gets from tapping into his true self's power, which you cannot restrict.

If you want this match to just be for fun, you can ask a moderator to switch it to the Fun and Games board. But it doesn't work under standard VS thread rules.

Alright thanks

I think Regulus gets unreasonably mad over something trivial, kills Quiet, and Quiet respawns in a new universe while Regulus dies 5 seconds after the old universe is destroyed.

Yeah already planning on getting the thread closed and move to fun and games lol (Edit: not getting closed)
