Doesn't Bluenote has a higher LF when it comes to gravity? I think that Bluenote takes given, given how he uses his powers as an aura, which would take down Shiki, who has a minor LF (It's also true that we don't know how much the True Overdrive boosts his LF).
Bluenote should also have an edge in combat, given his experience.

Shiki's overdrive should be Class G from an accepted calc, i guess only the AP was applied by accident. I'll change it once I get back on my computer.
