Marvel Comics - Downgrade for street characters and downgrade for The One Above All but upgrade for cosmic entities

Ant has been notified Sportacus and co will receive a new key phase with Sports Candy/preparation. That key would push them to Tier 8 or even Tier 7.

The MCU (I'm referring to MCU Ego and Doctor Strange), DMC, Cthulhu saves the World, The Star Maker are in the top 5 by overall tiers, but Pixel Gun takes it due to falling from Low 2-C to 9-A
