Resist it. He can also gain back his willpower if drained by simply becoming a superstar class or idol.
Love Live sunshine collaboration is all about nihilism and the primal beast nihilith who can control willpower that affected even Captain until being an Idol happened and from there on he can now resist nihilith attempts to drain his will to render him/her incapable of fighting. If you somehow resist her willpower manip she instead uses memory illusion that downs you and make you lose hope and will (Nihilith became an idol due to how powerful Idols are as well which is weird knowing she is the abstract of nihilism)

...he doesn't resist fear manipulation specifically. Chikn's fear aura would force him to tremble like Iscream.

Note:Chikn doesn't have willpower manipulation. So he can't really "drain" someone's will.

Depends. 4-A key has tier IV classes unlocked and one of the classes basically has high innate resistance to afflictions including fear which is base resistance.
Then veil allows him to basically block off affliction completely negating them.
Then there is a complete immunity in the context of within verse when he is using berserker class Ulfhedinn which is above even Veil that can be ignored or negated.

And ninetails is considered a mythical being whose powers and haxes are above regular monsters and are equivalent to primal beast which powers are 4D including hax

Although the part about ninetails scaling to primal beast is debatable. So you can just assume ninetail is above baseline by one layer being above even regular monsters

No
He is a mortal. With some ridiculous feats and achievement and some a whole lot of hax he mostly doesnt use against non threats

The only power that stemmed from his physiology is probably

The super saiyan blue which is still not added from a crt and he probably wont and cant use it yet in this key. The summar for this power is that he has strong imprint which allows him to tap and use Omnipotent's power which has some really good effects for abilities and stats and such

And nature as Singularity which lets him do fate hax or ignore fate etc.

Captain has some failsafe like Mithra's law etc

I guess so.
Besides it is his consciousness/mind/spirit which is where the fate hax and nature as singularity is tied on. So even without a body if his spirit or self is existing somewhere it can use the power of singularity to bring itself back or reverse causality.

Tier 4-A key is also where he has an alter ego which was born from the power of the weapons of primarch he wields so if another person swapped body with him. That person must be ready to overcome that alter ego else it will take over the body.

5-D at best.The plot manipulation could be used even in the "real world" that views even Bezel the embodiment of time as fiction from the creator's perspective.

I saw the Bezel skit and uh
being the embodiment of time means it uses an avatar to interact. so seeing that avatar as part of fiction at best would still be 4D.

I also saw the skit for 4-A
That's literally just a transition to nighttime cause the sun got eaten. that's still 4-C. he did not create those stars as per the skit intention was making it nighttime

And...it's still regarded as fiction since it is simultaneously bound to his voice actor that views it as fiction on the same level as the animator, Kyra Kupetsky.

You look closely at the background. The stars fell down into view instead of blinking into existence.

Aside from that. A content moderator checked the profile and does not see the need to deletus. Hence the profile is solid unless someone wants to change a certain aspect via CRT.

Which is a style of transition for theatre type scenario.
If you mean he created those stars thats a direct contradiction to the intent of the skit.

I had a really horrible profile with bad formatting and was accepted that it was only corrected when there was a crt to change it after 2 years.

The point is. It wouldn't be considered 4-A had the stars just pop up instead of falling down as if a certain force kept them from falling down.

well another thing to that is that the sky needs to be starry
but the skit only showed a few stars
which isn't really what a Starry Constellation of stars which is needed for the 4-A calc
