Intelligence: Below Average (Necati has shown to not even have enough capacity to understand basic human knowledge such as there being no oxygen in space or when it took him 3 hours to open a door or when he waited 78 hours for someone to exit the toilet not realizing he is home alone)

Weaknesses: Can be tricked and is not a smart person at all, He has no idea how to use the Law controller so it is mostly randomized

Mask starts with some silly little antic. This version of the Mask doesn't go in for the kill right away. The Mask is equally likely to use any of his hax at the start at random, but he has been shown to make a preference for his mindhax more than the rest.

How does this work?

Via dancing or just talking in general. His speaking has been enough to control people's emotions and induce fear onto them in the past, and just make them into his personal backup dancers. He is way more likely to use this than Necati's optional equipment considering he's used it to get rid of people consistently often.

Sure, he does use guns sometimes sure, but only on characters he know won't be killed by it. It works by the rules Stanley stated in Shadow of a Skillet. "If a good guy wears the Mask, then the Mask will be a good guy." In every episode, Mask opens up with some random hax that he uses for a joke or to mess with his villain. He never actually kills anyone on the show.

Take this example when he uses his mindhax to force a group of hillbillies who wanted to kill him to stay dancing so they wouldn't shoot him, when two henchmen were sent after him, he made them dance so they wouldn't attack him, when a leader of a country came to declare war on America, he used his empathic hax to make him cry and get sentimental, even though he hated him moment prior. Notice that these were all people who were significantly weaker than him and yet he didn't kill them but incapped them all the same.

Even then so, the other thing he has, changing someone's shape... Mask is a literal shapeshifter. He could just turn back to normal. He has control over the laws of physics? Mask can just as easily control his own laws of physics. His biological manipulation in getting rid of Mask's legs? He can just get a new pair with regen. And all of these are things that Mask has experience using in combat every day due to being a vigilante. I can't see any instance in which Necati uses these in a life or death situation.
