Okay, so from everything I've read on SCP-3930, shouldn't Kroak just be able to disperse it? I mean, SBA puts him out of it's range while he basically has total freedom to experiment with anything he needs.
-witchsight gives him a full rundown of how dangerous it would be to enter it/what it's composed of, and he is literally one of the smartest beings in Warhammer Fantasy, being the smartest of his race who are the smartest beings in Warhammer Fantasy, so it probably wouldn't take him very long to formulate what he would need to do, if he doesn't just immediately go for bread and butter, which is his winning moves.
-Kroak has void manip, Aethyr manip both of which should **** with it's base structure pretty bad, especially since he can affect abstract existence AND non-existent physiology.
-it's honestly not that different from the Aethyr/Chaos itself in terms of being non-existent and abstract but being built by perception and thought, which is something Kroak deals with almost exclusively and is by far one of the most powerful manipulators of said substances.
-Kroak's own true self has AE and NEP as it exists in the Realm of Chaos so 3930 probably isn't affecting him even if he did enter it for some reason.
-Hell, even if he couldn't just affect it with Aethyr manip, he has other methods too, for example, while memory manip doesn't work on getting rid of perception of it, he could in theory create a giant mass forcefield around it that erases anything that gets within a hundred km of it, and use the Lore of Ulgu so no one will ever be able to perceive it from outside said forcefield, essentially trapping it and keeping it hidden for all time. (which is kind of in character considering he LOVES making magic shields over large locations and keeping Lustria a barely explorable continent)
