Not at all, Agent 47 has C4 and is no stranger to power.

There is no prep?
Batman does win this very handily, however. I have no doubt about this. His only threat is guns, but he's skilled enough that he'll be A-Okay. That range advantage might make him get sniped, but I doubt it. Batman takes this with mid-low difficulty.

Depending on the writer, usually Batman's suit is completely bullet proof and just walk into bullets, other times he just dodges bullet nonetheless or sometimes it's highly resistant to explosives. Most of the time bullet is a non factor, like how the best Marksman, Deadshot usually fail to tag Batman. So unless we use his lower showings, bullets should not harm Batman at all. So unless it's a situation where you argue Batman is in a building and the C4 blows up the building with Batman in it or somehow get caught in multiple c4, I don't see any outcome other than Batman stomping.
