Batman(post flashpoint) vs Optimus Prime(G1)

Whilst both fighters are incredibly skilled and experienced strategists and overall very capable combatants, Optimus takes the edge over the Bat in terms of possible Stamina, durability and adaptivity.
Batman would not be able to fight Optimus for very long as the Hellbat armour relies on the user's metabolism, which means he is slowly being killed the longer he remains in the suit, whilst Optimus suffers no disadvantage from fighting this long (afaik) and can fight with a fresh mind rather than Batman who has to take into account his health and condition whilst he is fighting with the hellbat armour on. (And thus needing to spend a bit longer creating new strategies with his condition in mind)
And whilst Batman and Optimus are both very adaptive in battle, Optimus once again takes the edge with the "Reconfiguration Matrix", which allows him to reconfigure his body at will to counter certain elements of his opponent.
Even if Batman had no other choice but to try and hack Optimus, he has already shown that he can resist hackers and hack their systems right back.
