Probably a mismatch.
With no prep he gets put to sleep then gets mind destroyed like a few minutes after waking up.

Eh, Chariot probably has better sleep manip than what Bats resisted given he passively but several million people (plus millons if not billions of organisms like bug and animals) to sleep.
And as for the mind resistance, he'd resist the deadpanning probably, but i doubt the destruction, given that happens via bats getting fused with alien organisms and his biology completely changed thus effecting his mind.
