Mismatch. Ise lasts ten seconds, and can't tag Naruto. But isn't Naruto supposed to be upgraded to 7-A or something?

Base Naruto = At Least 7-C

IBB Issei = At Least High 7-C

I know where they are. Naruto's more than 8x faster (iirc) and Ise lasts for merely ten seconds. Incomplete Balance Breaker shouldn't be used for matches, tbh.

Damn....i though this would be interesting since Naruto has to rack his brain to beat someone w/ better Durability and Isse would have to be smart in how he can catch/tag Naruto
