I think Base Dimentio's tier should be listed as Low 2-C to 2-C while Super Dimentio remains at 2-B because Kevyn Souza told me about Base Dimentio's tier in this thread below:

Fair enough. I think you're a very intelligent, civil Mario fan when it comes to debating and discussing Mario and Sonic character's feats, strengths, etc.
