If Flash is alive, then he will use IMP on Saitama.

Couldnt Barry just negate the kinetica energy from saitamas punch, and if hes somehow in the killing mood, flash phases through saitama

That makes this a MASSIVE stomp in Flash's favor. It's also not like any of Saitama's punches will land on Barry with his MFTL+ reflexes.

I believe so. Even if that isn't a rule this should be closed on the basis of being a ginormous stomp.
