BK in a close fight. Gold feathers protect them from literally any attack and can also potentially hurt superman. Eggs help them deal with range and Kazooies flight with beak barge counters superman's flight. Clockwork eggs deal more damage to supes as well.

Basically, BK can outlast superman with golden feathers and counter everything he can do while also hitting hard with eggs.
