Bane is currently on the run in Japan and needs some cash to settle in the new country he lives in. Bane has been staking out a underground casino for 2 weeks to learn about where criminals usually gamble so no police will be called if a fight or shootout erupts, this casino rumored to be owned by "demon Yakuza" with a human body guard with strength comparable to his own. Bane has just robbed the casino which is owned by the Urara family and Urara has just tasked Maruo with taking him down. Bane is already on alert for Maruo but doesn't know how he looks since he hasn't saw him since Maruo isn't interested in the underground life. Bane since he's currently evading authority so anyone that gets in his way is considered a target.

Bane has a pistol on his hip and a rocket launcher in his getaway car if he can get to it go use it during the fight.

I vote Maruo for the AP advantage , maruo has instinctive reaction and enhanced senses so i dont think he will be caught off guard by Bane using stealth with the darkness. Maruo is also the kind of fighter would also(unwillingly) pull out one of Bane's venom cord when attempting a grapple throw
