Speed is equalized,

and Battle takes place in the sewer DKT Bane and Batman fought in.

Bane’s AP is 0.2423 Tons of TNT, but becomes 0.25 Tons of TNT with Venom

Zangief’s AP is 0.10 Tons of TNT

The AP gap is close to 2.5x

In all serious, I'll start working on a draft on what advantages each side has.

Better skill in lethal combat
Smarts in general
Venom amps either let him outdo or match Zangeif

< Geif could find the venom tubes and break them

Zangeif:

2.4x AP
Far better lifting stength lets him restrain Bane or just chuck him off the sewer bridge
good old Stun state apparently being a canon thing
Range suprisingly, if he tries using that trick he picked up from Karin

Doesn't Bane have the 2.4x advantage? Not Zangief? Or am I reading that wrong.

Yeah tbh, I was going to make an argument for Bane, but given he's twice as strong, can get even stronger, and mutilates in skill (PC Batman being probably the most skilled Batman), Bane's few disadvantages are just nuisances at best instead of things that would actually stop him from burying Gief.

But Zangief still has notable advantages.

He has a far higher LS which benefits him given his grappler fighting style, he can easily amp several of his attacks and has ways of stunning/crumpling Bane mid-combat.

He's also easily tanked hits from characters on his level like Balrog and Ken, the latter of whom stated that hitting Zangief was equivalent to hitting steel,

Zangief can recognize how skilled fighters are just by their guards and can perfectly replicate techniques after only seeing them once (Such as the Ruler's Staying Hand, an intricate technique that garnered a bad reputation due to it endangering the lives of almost every user who tried it, and Zangief instantly mastered it without issue)

Zangief also has a hefty skill chain as he's also fought evenly with trained assassins like Balrog and Vega who in turn have fought equally with the likes of Chun-Li, Cammy, and Fei Long respectively. Zangief himself has also fought on par with the likes of Karin, E. Honda, and Laura. He's also considered comparable to Mike Haggar.

Bane is on par with PC Batman in skill.
Zangief could have a whole book of skill feats and a skill chain of over 100 dudes, it wouldn't even be 1/10th of PC Batman.

And taking punches from Balrog or Ken don't mean much when Bane is over twice as strong and can get even stronger than them.

The only advantage he has is LS which is just because Bane's profile is lackluster as ****, he literally has two Class 25 feats listed on his profile in the feat section
And Bane could more then likely just escape the grab, assuming Gief manages to get that far.
