We could wait a while to see if the resurrection of Bandana Dee is accepted, but since I don't know if that would even change anything I vote for Taranza as he fought evenly with Team Kirby while Bandana Dee is defeated with some blows of normal Kirby.

Actually we have that as his tier justification. Most importantly; While TKCD implies in the beginning to take place in another realm and in the past multiple gear descriptions contradict this, added that at the end of the credits Taranza has a flower from the Dreamstalk with sadness, so it's definitely the canon Taranza.

How is it not a vaild arguement? Taranza defeats Dedede in a single blow, and Dedede is clearly surperior to Bandana Dee.

taranza did beat dedede, but that isnt proof that dedede is stronger, because that bandana waddle dee was meant to be waddle dee in kirby super star, in the arena, so thats not the canon bandana waddle dee,

If that were the case, he wouldn't be wearing a bandana. You are right, the arena is non-canon. However, there is a Miiverse where the creators state that while that stuff isn't canon, it does show what Kirby and the gang are capable of. For example, in the Megaton Punch mini-game, Kirby destroies Dream Land. Now, canonically, he didn't destroy Dream Land. However, it shows he COULD have destroyed the planet. In Meta Knightmare, Meta Knight doesn't canonically defeat Galacta Knight. However, it shows he COULD have. Not only that, that fight is almost the same as the fight you have with Bandana Dee in canon.
