Decided to do some funky mental math of what would happen if the multipliers from being compared to Bankai went kaput(this is mostly for Blut and hollow mask,as actual bankai are treated on a more case by case basis).
Sternritter profiles become incredibly funny to think about is the main thing i noticed,and Ichigo(specially Fullbring) becomes sad.
Base Yhwach's possibly 4-A rating benefits weirdly enough if im correct in how i assume it would work.
In general the possibly 4-A people that are not downscaling to baseline benefit outside of that uh...tier 3 Uryu and Renji should unironically benefit due to the same incredibly funky stuff,since Blut having zero multipliers means they probably can't downscale 10x lower either(same as certain 4-A people).
Basically the further along in the scaling chain the worse it gets,but the Possibly 4-A guys basically have no chain so instead they just mostly profit,while Uryu/Renji weaker ratings are backscaling towards the bottom of their chain through 10x multiplier downscales so instead they move up.
