Decided to do some funky mental math of what would happen if the multipliers from being compared to Bankai went kaput(this is mostly for Blut and hollow mask,as actual bankai are treated on a more case by case basis).
Sternritter profiles become incredibly funny to think about is the main thing i noticed,and Ichigo(specially Fullbring) becomes sad.
Base Yhwach's possibly 4-A rating benefits weirdly enough if im correct in how i assume it would work.
In general the possibly 4-A people that are not downscaling to baseline benefit outside of that uh...tier 3 Uryu and Renji should unironically benefit due to the same incredibly funky stuff,since Blut having zero multipliers means they probably can't downscale 10x lower either(same as certain 4-A people).
Basically the further along in the scaling chain the worse it gets,but the Possibly 4-A guys basically have no chain so instead they just mostly profit,while Uryu/Renji weaker ratings are backscaling towards the bottom of their chain through 10x multiplier downscales so instead they move up.

I don't believe it being bogus personally btw if i gave any indication of me believing that take,just got curious to see what would happen if like it did get removed and so started seeing how the big scaling chain would look like by crunching some numbers in my brain.

Gotei 13 shouldn’t scale to Squad Zero or Elite Sternritters that fought Squad Zero.
In the anime, Yhwach takes back the power boost he gave them to cut down the Soul King. Keeping the scaling consistent and the reason the captains where able to fight the Elite Sternritters.

I‘m like 95% sure that only post royal palace training Renji has scaling to squad 0 via Uryu. The rest gets their possible Tier 4 via Gremmy.

Don’t know about Uryu, since he was also one of the Elite who gave his power boost back to Yhwach. Making Renji vs Uryu consistent and not have Renji around Senjumaru’s level.

That would mean Ichigo shouldn't scale either, which makes no sense.
