No, you need to bypass someone's resistance to an ability to get layers. Aizen doesn't have resistance to fate manip.

So would Aizen lose against Senjumaru if her Bankai is activated? Since the Bankai has fate manip properties

No, he would powernull it with superior reiatsu or simply evolve with the Hogyoku and influence his own fate.

Nope, Aizen is transcendent while Senjumaru is not and he outscales by a lot. Not to mention that Kyoka Suigetsu is a thing.

Wait so Aizen can powernull any hax including fate manip as long he's stronger? Also wouldn't that mean Yhwach's fate manip is layered since Aizen can't simply influence his own fate to resist Almighty

Yep, that's how Bleach works. Aizen stated that a battle of Shinigami is a battle of reiatsu, meaning the higher reiatsu wins and nulls the weaker one, hence why he resisted Nigeki Kessatsu. As a transcendant being, he's able to pretty much null anything that isn't also transcendant. But this also is an in-verse thing.
Not quite. The Almighty also can powernull as well, so it also overpowered Aizen's own powers through nulling them.

This can only be applied in battles involving a bleach character vs another bleach character since they rely on reiatsu and a character with transcendent reiatsu should powernull others without it.

Only resistances showcased in the verse via transcendence can be applied to profiles or else every verse that relies on the powers can bypass hax logic will have resistance to all hax from people weaker than them (which would be NLF)
Yes he is stronger but he doesn't transcend him.

So if someone like Ichigo were to fight jojo characters like Wonder of U, can Ichigo powernull him since logic manipulation exists in bleach via Lille Barro?
So Yhwach can't powernull Aizen's abilities but still able to counter Aizen's fate manip with his own, could be layered fate manip?

That's getting removed so not the best example. But basically if there is a massive difference in power between Ichigo and his opponent and they have hax thay exist within Bleach, yes, he would null it. For example, if Ichigo fought someone with Sui-Feng's abilities, he would be able to powernull them like Aizen did
Yhwach can powernull with his OWN ability The Almighty. He can't do it via the sheer reiatsu difference because it isn't that high.

So instead of layered fate manip, Yhwach has layered powernull?
Also what about Mugetsu Ichigo? His power should be massively higher than Monster Aizen yet he couldn't powernull Aizen's mid godly regen

I think we debated on him having that before. I'll ask @Arc7Kuroi if I'm right.
Regen requires it's own kind of hax to negate, which is the aptly named Regeneration Negation. So far the only ones in the Bleach verse with this is Orihime, for some reason, and Yhwach. Naturally Bleach souls can negate regen up to low-godly, but the only ones who can neg Mid-Godly are the two mentioned above

Askin has resistance negation, also he didn't use reishi poisoning on Ichigo because his reiryoku is too high, so he needed to use the air for the Deathdealing.

I wouldn’t mind at all if Kubo nerfed Gerard so that destroying his cross deactivates his powers and makes him killable—similar to Quilge Opie (whose full name must be mentioned or not at all). If this change led to Isshin and Ryuken using a tag-team attack to finish him off, it would be a better alternative to the manga, where Yhwach ended him with Auswählen—a combination of soul and matter manipulation.

Yasutora "Chad" Sado is revealed as the true mastermind behind all of Bleach and the final villain of the Howl From The Jaws of Hell Arc. The Hell Butterflies were used as conduits for the "Jailers of Hell's" clairvoyance abilities back in the day to know how events unfolded. After Yhwach's reiatsu was sent to Hell (while his corpse remains as the Soul King), everyone there absorbed portions of it, gaining clairvoyance similar to Jugram's - though not as perfect as Yhwach's Almighty. This dark energy manifests in the new bodies similar to the new forms of the Ghouls and Szayelaporro from Hell.
Chad fabricated the abuelo story to get close to Ichigo, who possesses abilities similar to Jugram that enhance those around him. Chad deliberately played weak to avoid suspicion. Appearance is subjective, I don't like the bankai blade design much but Zaraki's oni look is one of the coolest design as for as it being weakest goes, well someone has to be a troll to even think that.
