Unfortunately for you this thread is open for anyone to talk about bleach and respond to one another. No need be salty because I bodied you the last time you brought up this debate trying to wank Byakuya.

It was already explained multiple times why your wrong it’s not anyone’s fault but your own that you don’t care to listen.

If a character already has a power that's a manifestation of their soul, then what the hell would be their Bankai ability?

Well, they'd probably amp the Stand with Shikai and Bankai, plus the Stand would also be the sapient manifestation of their Zanpakuto and likely be imbued with their Reiatsu. The Shikai would be them or their blade also being able to use the Stand's ability, and their Bankai would amp them AND their Stand by 5x and make some crazy shit happen, probably something akin to Requiem or Bites The Dust.
 
CFYOW might have maybe some stuff that can be strange, but Aizen and Yama being stronger than byakuya and still stronger than 99% of shinigami ain’t a retcon or something, Kubo himself was throwing interview where people like shunsui never really get much stronger between arcs and he was still relevant in the TYBWA so it was quite obvious Aizen and Yama were that strong. Saying SoiFon is faster than Aizen is blasphemy.

And apparently an early Chad could injure Shunsui. An early ichigo can severely injure Kisuke without bankai. Yama never gets stronger but it's implied Shunsui and Jushiro using shikai together in ss arc can stand up to shikai Yama. Who is slightly stronger than Aizen according to y'all, who destroys tybw Byakuya according to y'all. Which version of Byakuya ***** on Shunsui.

Basically what I'm saying is, retcon or I don't buy into it. Everyone gets stronger. I think it's possible a writer might not understand how scaling works. But it's easy for them to say "this character is stronger than this character" not realizing other things they wrote conflicts this. This is where we disagree. Y'all don't think a writer can make scaling mistakes because they're the writer. I think there's a difference between writing a story and being a power scaler. From a power scaler pov, kubo made errors. Which I don't fault him for because he's not a power scaler he's just a mangaka. They can just say something and that'll be the truth.

I don't even think Kubo himself could debate my scaling chain. Because he's not a power scaler he just has word of God that can tell me "you're wrong."

Or maybe y'all hold kubo like a god who has perfect writing. Perfect scaling. No contradictions. Perfect foreshadowing from very beginning.
