Naruto might make a comeback with the novel adaptations. Cause the mangakas aren't shit like the one for Boruto and they both seem to be bi-weekly, so you get a new chapter every week.Honestly Boruto so ass and with Bleach’s rising popularity with the anime, Bleach and OP are probably the most beloved at the moment of the Golden Trio
Yeah it’s because Shonen fans are stupid
Bleach is the best in the Big Three easily
No it's Bleach for sure lmao
Reio35 moment go brrrrr but I’m curious to hear your reasoningQuincy medallion can steal spsm
Pretty cool
Kubo’s repeatedly stated to have been working with and advising every aspect of the anime for its entire pre production and production. It hasn’t retconned anything, it’s just streamlined the arc, and I doubt it will contradict or retcon anything anyway. What are the arguments for the TYBW anime arc being canon? I don't see why it overrides the manga's canon.
Where did Kubo state these, Klub Outside or some interviews? I feel his statements if true are being overblown to make the anime canon.Kubo’s repeatedly stated to have been working with and advising every aspect of the anime for its entire pre production and production. Fr?Kubo also stated he would reveal why uryu is immune to asuwalen in the anime
What's your source on thatKubo also stated he would reveal why uryu is immune to asuwalen in the anime
Klub outside:What's your source on that
Klub Outside and Interviews, you can probably find them googling Kubo involvement in TYBW animeWhere did Kubo state these, Klub Outside or some interviews? I feel his statements if true are being overblown to make the anime canon.
More proof that Kubo isn't actually in control of the animeKlub outside:
Q286:
Is the reason for Uryu not getting affected by Auswählen related to his grandfather?
A286:
The development behind this plot point is a little complicated, but there's a chance it might get revealed in the anime version of the Thousand Year Blood War arc. (Depends on how they approach it
Actual goober level commentMore proof that Kubo isn't actually in control of the anime
I mean he’s not wrong. That quote basically proves the choice to adapt and animate certain things is not Kubo’s.Actual goober level comment
You don't say something like, "there's a chance depending on how they approach it" if you're telling them what to do lolActual goober level comment
Any Basis for Lille Regeneration Negation?
Nanao is walking around with a walking stick after the Lille fight
True, but if healing Tehniques were tried on her and she still didnt heal, he might have High Low at max,so its not even worth it.Nanao doesn't have noteworthy regeneration as far as I can recall.
No Kubo himself said he’d be the one in charge of the fight additions and plot additions, the added context to the fight scenes are 100% valid. Is there a problem with adding information to fights/characters using the anime when it doesn't change the context and the final result? If not, I don't see any point in this discussion.

It did to me yes, hopefully his Schrift is explained.Did Roberts Grimaniel look more like Teleporting in the Anime for you guys?
Someone theorized that his schrift is the Navigation, and that allows him to navigate (teleport) into the optimal position to take advantage of his opponents weaknesses and blind spots (took advantage of Shunsui). Kinda like a teleporting aimbot. It did to me yes, hopefully his Schrift is explained.
Though it would be a little disappointing if it's just teleporting imo, as one of Lille's many abilities is teleportation...so for a designated Schrift to just do that would be underwhelming.
Nope we all agree on this, we were just talking if hypothetically the anime changed a fight/ retconned an event from the manga, for example if Lille didn't survive from shunsui's bankai and diedIs there a problem with adding information to fights/characters using the anime when it doesn't change the context and the final result? If not, I don't see any point in this discussion.
I really think the only fight that has a chance of that happening is Gerad's, the way he died for example. Another situation is about the explanation of Ishida's arrow and for sure the final fight will be better worked out, not only in the sense of extension but in the use of the powers of each participant.Nope we all agree on this, we were just talking if hypothetically the anime changed a fight/ retconned an event from the manga, for example if Lille didn't survive from shunsui's bankai and died
I doubt they'd alter a fight so drastically that it cuts out character development aka with Shunsui and Nanao.Nope we all agree on this, we were just talking if hypothetically the anime changed a fight/ retconned an event from the manga, for example if Lille didn't survive from shunsui's bankai and died
He said in the interview with Viz that he's "involved with every step of the process"
Though even if that were true, I don't see why it makes the anime more canon than the manga, as no matter how involved he is with the anime, it pales in comparison to the absolute total control he has over the manga. There's also the fact that he said in that same interview that he sends ideas to the staff team and thinks/hopes they'll make good use of it, clearly indicating that he's not really in control when it comes to the anime.
I personally think the anime should be semi-canon, just not more than the manga.
You're wrong on that, there's no real proof whatsoever that Kubo was rushed by WSJ, a lot of people like to claim Kubo rushed it himself because of poor health, but even that is just mostly conjecture to try and rationalize the ending.iirc the TYBW was rushed in the manga by WSJ and never got to be exactly what Kubo wanted. While it was his manga he didn't have absolute control like you're thinking. The anime adaptation is him getting a chance to reflect and add to scenes when he was never given the chance to before if anything he has more creative freedom now without Shounen Jump breathing down his neck.
Source?I mean Kubo did say he is Drawing/illustrating? the Unohana vs Kenny fight thats coming up soon, so anything new in it should be considered Canon
