If you consider Uryu shadow blitz you can scale SS characters to light speed atleast.
Ichigo Bankai is more of compared to lightning.

That's why i am saying Bleach wording is too vague it's hard to tell if the characters are joking or they are serious.

I think that Hado 90 is already on his profile for Space-Time Manipulation and Gravity Manipulation. Don't know if it's the same or not.

And Kyoga Suigetsu is his bankai without him ever saying “Ban-Kai” at all? Like isn't it odd that Bankai have more than one word and shikai usually have one word?

You have Unohana with Minazuki for her bankai, and Minazuki for her shikai, both are one word.

In English, yes. The name is written different in Kanji. Shunsui’s shikai having two names comes from having two swords, same with Ukitake.
