Was this discussed before? the torrent of SK's power reaching Seireitei in the time Soifon made a short speech (pretty much everyone reacted to it)

i dont think so?

It's so weird that Ichigo takes 9 hours to arrive in the Sereitei while everyone else takes like a few seconds. Like...Does Kubo need to set aside the main character so much for the plot that much?

Because it's so weird that Ichigo is catching up to all this despite how horribly he just came down and generally is during the second half of the War Arc

u also have to consider that the ones that made the travel faster where big pieces of the soul king

fiction is often weird

i dont think anyone really knows what "neither death nor alive" would be like
I mean being neither dead or alive is still understandable even by fictional standards.Could that statement just mean that the WSK doesnt actually exist in the past or the future(or at least the future as he is incapable of progressing).Yhwach also says that the only thing that escapes his eyes is the SK himself. The WSK was also unaffected by Orihime’s rejection of past events to the point that when she used her Santen Kisshun completely broke. So like an Acausality(Type 2) for the WSK maybe??

@USklaverei can you add this to your calc? Even lieutenants reacted to it, so a lot of characters would scale.

Just noticed how much the new Orihime calc changes, Sub Relativistic - Relativistic is basically gone from Pre-Timeskip and probably most of Post-Timeskip as well.

is there a calc for this?

It was rejected because a staff member argued Aaroniero heard the rocks fall and didn't actually react to the light but rather the sound, if that makes sense.

It's ridiculous, but yeah, pretty sure that's what it was.

..... but sound is like 900k times slower than light

We will get more calcs for early Bleach, they just need to be dug up and calc'd. Like we can calc Ichigo cutting the 100 million petals, by finding how many petals at max Ichigo sword can cut and whatnot.

The manga panel progression for the Aaroniero feat is this: Wall breaks -> we see outside light -> we see Aaroniero's face cloaked in shadow -> Aaroniero moves. This is supported by Aaroniero's narrative lol, his entire narrative is based on a weakness to light. The outlier argument is so vastly misused and is a really bad argument. But once one staff says no they all do for the most part.

I did calced that feat, but by counting the number of slashes Ichigo had made then using the distance between SnZ and Ichigo and a speed for SnZ, but the speed is only assumed. Tho the result for Ichigo's hand movement would always be around 74 times faster than Senbonzakura.

if the argument was that he heard the rocks fall it is wrong as in the next page we see the rocks falling but they didnt hit the ground yet meaning he heard the walls cracking which makes the feat more impressive as if he had dodged after the wall started cracking it means light was already entering and when he looked back we see his face is darkened meaning from the time light started entering he was fast enough to look behind him and process whats happening and then dodge

Damages argument is that Aaroniero just has to move faster than falling rubble. That's refuted by the panels lol. We see the opened hole -> we see Aaroniero still cloaked in shadow -> Aaroniero moves. Damage's argument is filled with way more assumptions than the calc makes.

If we exam the initial tinier hole in the first panel and the later outline cast in further panels, the original hole still lines up with where Aaroniero would have been.

Isn't the Omitsukido being lightning speed tnx to the novel statements accepted? That could scale to the SS arc Liuentenants and up tnx to Omaeda and there's also Yoruichi's feat of blitzing like a dozen Omitsukidos at once in the same arc.

@Zoro21043; yeah, that calc was rejected a while back.
Are we reading the same manga bro?

The wall breaks and we get a T shaped hole at the top of the break. Rukia in the outline of the light would be at the top of the T, Aaroniero being in front of Rukia would within the shaft of the T.

Since Aaroniero moves after that T shaped hole forms he moves out of the way before light hits him. It's super simple.

@Arc7Kuroi; I've already explained my reasons for rejecting it. This isn't the thread to get into an argument about it.

Isn't this the perfect thread to discuss it given that it's the Bleach General Discussion thread?

@Arc7Kuroi Chill, being antagonistic isn't going to achieve anything, even if Damage's argument is ridiculous (and I agree that it is), it's not necessary.
