Is this timestop or heightened perception?

It seems closer to timestop than Zangetsu increasing Ichigo's perception since in the second page, we see what seems to be Ichigo physically traveling to his Inner World through the Shadow. What do you guys think?

If you could read, you’d understand he didn’t regain his strength until around the time of the TYBW. The specific reason he performed Auswahlen those years ago was in order to begin regaining his strength. Clearly if he thought he was capable of carrying out his plans ahead of time, he would’ve done so, but he didn’t.
