In the past, Kubo has mentioned when events are "parallel stories" and how he view Senna as an alternative universe daughter of Renji and Rukia; "According to the interview included in Bleach Artbook JET, Senna's design is actually the design that Kubo was thinking of when making Rukia and Renji's child; he notes that she is like their child from a parallel universe and that the only thing different about Ichika Abarai is her color scheme." Kubo is also involved in all the many alternative universes in Brave Souls, and alternative forms for these characters.
I wonder if Kubo considers his multiverse canon to himself. In the hell movie, all levels of hell were to be an entire universe per floor.

So here, she literally says "b*tch" in japanese, "bitchi" or "ビッチ."
HOWEVER, B*tch in japanese is more like a loan word which has taken on a new meaning there. It means "****" in japanese more than it does "b*tch," so it's most likely that Liltotto is insulting Bambietta for what she did with the Quincy soldier than just generally insulting her
