Because of her PIS hitting Kaguya who actually made no attempt to dodge Sakura? No attempt to dodge doesn't mean a speed feat. She was above Kaguya at an unknown point and never showed any ability to keep with "any" MHS+ character until that convenient point. She's not MHS+ here anyway, the Narutoforums and their extreme upscaling don't apply here.
