Similar levels. Bob scales to Skull destruction. But he can fight creatures vastly stronger than this level. Almost one shifting iirc 34.96 Kilojoules for The at least. Bare minimum.

Baldi is able to one shot 18.32 Kilojoules. Iirc. One shot is a x7 to 10 gap. So assuming for 10 since both should about get it (Bob is a little less. But the about area)

Baldi is 18.32 * 10 = 183,200 Joules

Bob is 34.96 * 10 = 349,600 Joules

So about a 2-3 lead for Bob
