Is it in character for God to revive him immediately after death? The way it's worded makes it sound like he would only bring him back if it was a world threatening event. Which Evil Cole at the time of the first game is not. That said, can't Evil Cole still incapacitate? I know good Cole can but if evil Cole can't this might be a stomp.Gargoyle One said:

It's up to you really, I don't consider this a stomp and just a descisive win for Ghost, as he really needs his type 8 to not get AP stomped by Cole, but Kessler has a chance at beating him, albeit killing him isn't an option.

Leaning towards Ghost Rider due to Penance Stare. inFamous 1 Cole was a really bad dude, much more of a villain than his sequal counterpart.

Doesn't the Ghost Rider have Limitless power due to Zarathos? Like if Johnny gets knocked out and Zaratos takes over isn't he essentially way above Cole >.> But with Johnny in control this isn't a stomp but as PTSOXMONKEY99 said penance stare would be really effective against this version of Cole considering the evil streak he racked up.
