Axl's and I-No time manipulation

The storyline of ~Revelator~ described I-No's and Axl's time travel ability in a little more details. I-No stated to Axl that he could create a world he wanted to... Additionaly Axl managed to get control over his time slips. Because he became afraid of rewritting time-line just by thinking about it.

I think it just means rewrite history to owns imagination. Basicaly - Axl can really choose his destiny... And others.

P.S.: I kind of dissapointed because there is no Dizzy... And I pre-ordered it. =_=
