He said, as Flute Cop muttered out some words. "It's the king of all monsters, sir-" He was silenced by Axe Cop. "Say no more! Wexter!"

A giant T-Rex with machine gun arms flew down as Axe Cop, Flute Cop and Wexter flew all the way to Tokyo, Japan as they saw a giant lizard attacking the city. Axe Cop then got up as he stood on Wexter's snout, before then holding out his axe. "Hey, you!"

Godzilla then stared at Smartist and roared out, as Axe Cop held a bag with all his weaponry. He yelled out and jumped off, charging straight for Godzilla.

If it's an axe cop specific power working off morality, it would be evaluated in the context of what axe cop considers good or bad. With it being composite that might still be an issue, though.

Well if you look at his profile you'll notice a number of his hax mention bad guys.

He can tell right off the bat whether or not someone is a good guy or a bad guy, and whichever they are determines his approach from then on.

The standard shit, really. You kill people, steal, kidnap, or generally look mean you're a bad guy.

You rescue people, try and save the world, fight bad guys, etc you're a good guy.

Ok so a lot of instances where Axey's defeated a giant enemy, he seems to inexplicably already know their kryptonite. Or had some degree of prep time.

Here are some of the cases in which neither of those were factors:

Shoots it several times with a Dynamite gun which blasts it to smithereens. When/if that doesn't work he uses the axe that negates durability as well as regen.

Flat out goes to town on it with his axe, presumably.

Morality/mindhaxes into being on his side.

Spawns dinosaurs inside its brain which they then proceed to eat most of until the monster is reduced to a barely-functioning form of itself (incap in other words).

Hits it with an axe that instead of killing it merely induces sleep. Which Big G is noted to eventually succumb to.

Here's another instance, though not against a giant monster, where he uses sleep inducement on people who aren't necessarily bad guys.
