However, in this world, when he cam back, he instantly killed the non-Gohan Z-fighters, popped out a few Cell Jrs, and beat Gohan. However, soon, the Cell Jrs were split to pieces, as another foe arrived.

"Hey, you're a bad guy, let's fight."

Speed Equalized, starting distance 25 meters, battle takes place at the Cell Games Arena. Both are 4-B.

so Cell's a little over twice as strong

issue is Cell has no answer to most of Axe Cop's hax. Soul Manip, Death Manip, Morality Manip, Astral Projection, and just shapeshifting into Cell are all things he can do to cancel out almost anything Cell does

if Cell opens with his strongest Kamehameha then he could maybe win but I doubt he would do that before Axe Cop outhaxes him
