Is Aang able to control lava (Cinder's preferred attack type) with his fire bending?

Well, lava is earthbending in the Avatar universe. Not sure, though that is his elemental block.

Aang only knows the basic bending (Water, Earth, Fire and Air) he also knowa how to redirect lightning and has Energybending


If Aang has access to enough material, he stomps, badly.

I mean, he is king of glass canon, but the majority of Cinder attacks would just form part of his shield

Past Avatars could bend lava, so AS Aang should be able to bend it too.

I don't think Cinder's more powerful attacks Aang would be able to redirect or use as a shield, considering Maiden powers are magic

Well, dust is Remnants energy. And the creators have made it very clear that dust/semblance and magic are 2 completely different things so idk

Ok so double checking Aang's profile it gives this description for energy bending "able to manipulate another person's life energy to impart them with knowledge instantly, remove one's bending completely, or restore one's bending", I don't really see how that would effect Cinder as she doesn't bend (unless bending in Avatar is magical but from what I remember from the show its not)

Cinder gets screwed in verse equalization via Aang energy bending her aura into being locked, then hitting her with a fist-sized rock to the head with the force of a normal human throw.

Anyways, where are they fighting again? Aang if they're in a place with lots to bend, since I dunno if he can bend concrete if they're in the city.

Also, Silver Eyes is in the Avatar State. Hahaha.

I think Korra could bend concrete in Republic city. Aang should be able too.
