She's as strong as a Pure Titan, not a Titan Shifter. Even a weak Titan Shifter like Season 1 Eren could one-shot her

I mean...Pure Titans would be 8-B as well, theyre able to deal pretty hefty damage to the Female and Attack Titans

That was in a large group though, and where would I 8-B feat for a pure titan be? I don't think I saw any in the manga, and besides, not all of them would be 8-B anyway.

Just take the 2 m titans for example, you expect me believe that they can yeet city blocks when even normal humans can hold them off?!

Why not Varies, up to 8-B for Pure Titans?

Tbf, Bertolt didn’t actually kick Eren. He just threw him off his foot. Kicking him would require Bertolt to actually strike Eren. So I think calcing this and scaling it to Eren’s durability is a better idea.
