Shouldn't Atlas have a separate key for weakened form since all other Titans have? It's also consistent since there is no way Percy can tank hits from a Tier 5 character.

Having weakened form tabs for the Titans and Giants sounds reasonable for the most part, given that they're supposed to be comparable to the Gods who easily smite the most powerful of demigods.

Not exactly. Artemis held her own despite being weaker physically and drained from holding the sky up.

It isn't exactly a fair comparison.

She also kicked him hard enough to push him under the sky.

Distracted or not, she still kicked him hard enough to throw him off balance.

Plus, Percy isn't the greatest narrator here since he's too busy seeing flashes in his eyes from the strain of holding up the sky.
