Who wins in each scenario?

Scenario 1: Asura and Thor seem to be pretty even but i gotta go with Asura here seeing as how Thor's Godblast is what makes him Star level+ at the least.

Scenario 2: Not sure how much of a boost does Warriors Madness give to Thor so for now imma give it to Asura here.

I'd give scenario 1 to thor mainly for versatility

I'd give scenario 2 to Asura because I think there is a significantly greater differenece between Destructor Asura and Full Power Unlimited than there is between Thor with and without warrior's madness

Asura. He splits stars casually with physical force. Thor is only consistently portrayed as a regular planet-buster. Even with warrior's madness increasing his strength tenfold, he would only qualify as a larger planet buster. It is only the god-blast that boosts him to star level.

Actually the calc that put him at star level is not his god blast at all

What he did was he absorbed glory's fire, then he blasted it at at glory resulting in the star level feat

If Rune King Thor were around to lend a hand, then that would be the thing to break Asura... buuuut he isn't. So, going to have to side with Asura.
