No, not this Ramiel, the NGE one. These two never fought in canon so i thought it would be a good idea to make a battle with them.

Both at High 7-A. They start 800 meters apart from each other, Unit-02 can go into Berserk Mode.

Unit-02's biggest challenge here is getting through Ramiel's durability. Straight away, the durability is significantly higher than what Unit-02's A.T. Field can put out and if Ramiel puts her own A.T. Field into play, that's just gonna become harder. Asuka's skill isn't a question here, she could definitely make her way up there and strike Ramiel, but I'm voting the diamond Angel here for superior defence

Ramiel's durability isn't the impressive thing about her, it's her speed. Ramiel can detect threats from hundreds of meters underground (she begun to charge his attack before EVA-01 even reached the surface). Her laser has insane speed.

Definitely, the durability of Ramiel would not be determinant to the point of being a wincon. Asuka has Relativistic reactions and proved to be much more versatile. Add to that the Instinctive Reaction, and Ramiel will have extreme difficulty in effectively hitting Asuka.

Ramiel also has a lot of "Unknown" in his profile. It seems safer to vote for Asuka for speed, intelligence and HAX advantage.
