He doesn't need to hit him with spatial attacks. He can use it to make a portal for himself and rest there and appear somewhere. He also has a combat applicable teleport that he can spam and at the same time attack Asta with Omnidirectional slashes continously without end and that's not including his Devil Trigger yet.

Black Asta is a stat amp but so is Vergil's Devil Trigger but don't forget Vergil still has the initial AP and Dura advantage so Black Asta stat amp is negged. Vergil still has Beowulf for kicks that increases his kick attack output and speed plus he can combo it with his Yamato's sword attack. Devil Trigger will make his assets that I mentioned even more ridiculous like he can continously teleport from every section where Asta is and overwhelm him with his abilities and skill advantage. Asta's precog will help him early on but he will be overwhelmed in the middle part

Yeah, Low 2-C Vergil is unfortunately not a 4-D or higher being and doesn't resist timehax, so it would work on Vergil. Julius can win against him but I'm not sure who wins. Julius can see the future and anticipate attacks, and even reflect attacks back at opponent but Vergil got way more versatility with his abilities. AP doesn't matter against Julius, that's the main reason why he wins against opponents with far greater AP. His precog, speed amps and basically sheer power of his magic makes many fights against far stronger opponents fair.

He stomps any other version of Vergil though.

I'm not forgetting that. But they are still going to be comparable in speed regardless that. Vergil uses amps, Julius uses Time Acceleration and Reinforcement Magic and both are even.

You're both right and wrong, there are different types of EE, some only erase physical body (for example Ichigo's Mugetsu), and you can regenerate your physical body from that if you got Low-Godly regen, because your soul still exists, but there are also types of EE that erase your soul (like Hakai) and you need Mid-Godly regen for that, because you need to also regenerate your soul.
