Assassin vs Strange things. (Shadow of Yharnam vs Tao Pai Pai)

Tao gets outranged in melee but massively outranges at a distance, with dodonpa he sould be able to deal a lot of damage. Also his lifting strength is insane compared to the thing, so he might be able to grab. I think 2 things should be fair because Tao kind of just maintains distance and can win so yeah I am going to edit that there are two.

I think more shadows (as long as it isn’t a cartoonishly large amount) has the results be very similar, because while they would slaughter him if he gets close. There being three or two of them gives him more of a reason to stay at range. It also makes the giant snake summoning happen much later into the fight.

Usually he goes for a swift kill but he'll see two opponents that rival him in power so he will definitely get serious and attack from range like he did against goku.

Alright then

I'll chalk my vote down for Tao atm, via likely greater skill and better range (hundreds vs dozens), if it does come down to cqc I assume Tao can incap via pressure points

I mean he only has two arms, and there are two shadows with better melee range. Going for a grab is entirely a death wish.

Except they have better melee range and there are two of them. Along with them probably not being all that far behind in skill. Trying to get into pressure point range gets him stabbed apart, ignoring how I don’t remember him going immediately for pressure points anyways. He beat Goku up normally.

I probably didn’t say it out loud but I’m leaning towards Tao, I just think he pretty much instantly loses if he gets in melee range.

If Toa can grab one of them and pull them away then he can separate them and 1 on 1 he out skills. He can also separate them with blasts or grenades from far away then attack at close range.

Do I count your vote?
