Bloodlusted means that Misogi will use everything at his disposal to kill as quickly as possible. What he did or didn't do in the manga is irrelevant.
Yea but that doesn't mean he will magically know that only his causality manipulation can kill and use that instead of erasing time and stabbing or spawning in screws (stuff he does a lot more), even then it won't actually work FRA because Flowey's Regen/Resurrection via Save File just outranges.

Bloodlusting the character just means they are willing to kill regardless of previously established morals

How they choose to kill still depends on what they do in character.
If that were the case, there would be no difference between the two.

Could Flowey return of being CM2 haxed?

No there's still a difference between blood lusting a character and not blood lusting a char

For example let's look at batman. In character he's gonna break bones and do all sorts of s*** but the enemy will still be left within an inch of their life

If you bloodlusted batman he's gonna resort to things he otherwise wouldn't simply just to kill the enemy (I.E poison gas or high power explosives or pressure points or some other stuff)

But he's still infinitely more likely to kill people through stuff like that rather than using a gun to do it

I don’t see why he wouldn’t.

Even if you do wanna say Kumagawa just erases Flowey for good (Bookmaker is not going to KO), that would require assuming Flowey doesn’t just think before being fully erased or something (unless Flowey is like Frisk and can just return whenever, I forgor). Plus Flowey is more likely to just Info EE hax anyway

I don't understand what you're getting at. You're assuming that Misogi would use equipment he doesn't normally use to kill Flowey. That's my point.

Kumagawa only did EE once bruh, and he only used it for a highly specific scenario that made the EE last only 5 minutes (he could do it permanently no doubt, but still) 🤷
