Asriel wins because of a few reasons. One, is that he can probably resist mind control. If Dimentio wanted to straight up mind control Asriel, then why couldn't he just mind control Mario? So, what I'm saying is that people with extreme will can resists this effect, and remember, Asriel has the same amount of Determination as Frisk/Chara, who could resist death with their will, so Dimentio cant mind control Asriel. We don't even know if the floro sprouts affect monsters, as Im pretty sure the characters Dimentio mind controlled in the series are human. Asriel is extremely intelligent, and seems to have 4th wall awareness (due to being flowey), so he could easily learn all about dimentio and go all out before Dimentio can do anything. Asriel, by the way, has immeasurable speed, so he could speed blitz dimentio, or barbeque him. And since asriel has infinite stats, his physical body can't be harmed. Every attack Dimentio uses seem to be keen on damaging the physical body. Dimentio might not be affected by Hyper Goner, but the Angel of Death confirms Asriel's win. If Dimentio gets Chaos Heart, then it's a tie as they both then have infinite stats.

I think Asriel wins. Omega flowey is stronger than Base Dimentio already and is equal to super dimentio. Asriel is much stronger than OF.
