Fight is in character, Asriel starts out using a fraction of his true power.

Red/Green Miles may be able to match Asriel (since they kinda sorta effortlessly tore through an infinite collection of universes), but Noir is still getting shitstomped before he can use them.

The argument that Bec is really low tier without the miles is really lowballing and silly. During his fight with Bro, he was getting beaten and frustrated, but as soon as he was prototyped, he one shot Bro with his own sword. He's obviously stronger, and capable of using the Green Sun in his attacks. This is not a shitstomp.

I never said he was low tier without the miles? I'm the reason he's "At least Low 2-C" without them. That's not even the reason why, though. It's because he's literally infinitely slower.

Jack has instantanious teleportation that he uses quite liberally in combat and intangabiltiy is really hax, so that shoulden't be a problem.

Instantaneous is still below immeasurable. Jack is not a high ranking Horrorterror, Lord English, or something of that variety. He still abides by basic time and does not transcend it.
