Ashiok vs Rimuru

Well Rimuru has this "Immunity to Mind Manipulation (Rimuru's memories are stored in his astral body, and as long as he retains his conscious soul and memory, he can be revived even when his body is completely damaged. In other words, he can think with his soul and is thus immune to mind control effects)" but I don't thinking needing to Mindhax the Soul would be a issue for Ashiok, and I don't know how good Rimuru's Soul Hax resistance it.
 
Wouldnt that just be a resistance to memory manip? Not mind manip? Seeing as his consciousness is still in his body?

The counsciouness is in the soul itself, so one needs to affect the soul to affect his mind
 
No idea, this has been accepted as Mind Hax Immunity since the Web Novel profile, which used the exact same mechanic, it was always been just accepted as a thing that is true for some time so no one really expands on it in threads.
 
Thats how we treat most consciousnesses though, the only time we say otherwise in terms of mind hax is when said hax is done by directly altering someone's physical brain

Ashiok can affect and mindhax souls, so this immunity is ultimately meaningless
 
As expected, though Rimuru does have Soul hax Resistance, though I don't know it's potency.

Unless they kill him instantly then Ashiok could just go to another plane and use his range to get him.
 
Rimuru's mind=soul, so he also resists the same potency as his mind hax, which is in his soul. And currently his soulhax potency is massively above 15-20,000. Not to mention his barriers that double his resistance, and you forgot passive confusion, and radiation.
 
Technically it's everyone who has ever died on a planet/universe completely different to our own, but I believe we just equate stuff like this to our own world.

Yes, it does. The effects are instant
 
Because it needs to not only analyze but also null faster then it can think uless its not affected by mind manipulation
