Raphael is Rimuru's ability, she is an abstract conceptual A.I. most likely you need concepts manip, data/information manip, power modification,hacking and something like that to mess with Raphael.

Also Ashiok's passive is only mindhax which isn't lethal but Rimuru has death manip which is lethal

That is what all of the Theros Gods are and Ashiok can affect them despite them residing in another dimension that is physically impossible for Mortals to access and has even created a God of his own at one point so yes, he can affect Raphael

Ashiok's mind hax causes the person's brain to be destroyed and their head to physically cave i and makes the person physically dissolve. He also has Freddy Kruger-esque 'kill you in your dreams and you die irl' dream hax

But does he have spatial manipulation or information manipulation on his profile? Rimuru isn't in another dimension, he's just in a barrier that severs space to prevent harm. Unless he has those, he can't harm him.

Rimuru doesn't have a functional brain since he's an inorganic type 1 plus he has Mid-Godly regen

Even people from slimeverse who can interact with AE type 1 (Hinata using spirit particles) can't hit Raphael because it resides only in Rimuru's consciousness=soul that stores the dataspace of Rimuru's memories. Raphael can also hide himself too

Rimuru is only a 3-D character with a bunch of offensive and defensive hax so anything 4-D means Rimuru's defense is rendered moot

Unless its explicitly stated to do so, power null wouldnt nullify something just existing

It depends on the 4-D Powernull tho

If it works on a conceptual level that also erases stuffs on the soul then it will work on Rimuru. But if the 4-D null doesn't have any feats on the soul or conceptual level then Rimuru's magic gets powernulled but the skills are not powernulled

Shadow Magic also has reality warping too, so I don't see why it wouldn't. It's a higher dimension with power null far higher than what he can resist, it's not a wonder why he lost. Ashiok doesn't have the power null, spatial & info stuff anyways.
