Either way I think the fight works better if both start in cover immediately so that Arthur couldn't potentially one tap him.

Also, I changed it so that the fight begins that way

And better H2H combat skills.

Feats:

Arthur performs surgery on himself and can solo a house full of O'Driscolls right after being shot in the chest point blank with a shotgun and tortured. And it's possible to do so with just a throwing knife, with deterring vision. Here ya go

Beats up a much bigger dude and later gives him brain damage


Blitzes multiple guards directly pointing at him, also a good feat for John 16:02

3:49 blitzes multiple Pinkertons including a guy on a maxim gun

idk even if it was just Niko shooting with an AK he's still a tank and in gameplay it's possible for every part of his body to shot but he'll always keep hold of his gun so I doubt Arthur would be able to even with Dead Eye, if anything it could leave him open. If Niko goes for a grenade from cover though it's basically over since Arthur will absolutely blow it up in his hands.

You're doubting just how skilled Arthur is with his Dead Eye, nobody save for John could even move as fast as anyone else in Arthur's perception, and Arthur's precision with firearms is nothing to scoff at.
