That's essentially the gist of this, as well as scans posted by Shadow saying the Preciousstone supports extra-dimensional worlds. Shuffle is canon to Archie, but not vice versa.

I think Sonic would win. Because even if Infinity^2 gets denied, he still becomes infinity above baseline which would put him around the same level as Dante. With this balance, he would be able to last in a fight and even use his hax to beat him.
